PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make centrifugal separation effectively act on an airflow including dust, in a horizontally mounted centrifugal dust separator of an airflow garbage truck. SOLUTION: Air, which is sucked in from a suction port part 60 on the other side of a blower 7 with respect to a baffle plate 100, collides with the baffle plate 100 when axially flowing toward the blower 7 while flowing in whirls in an inside space C of the centrifugal dust separator 3. After that, the air flows in the direction of the blower 7 through an air passage 103 around the baffle plate 100; resistance is imparted to the axial flow of the air by the baffle plate 100; the time when the airflow including the dust is retained in the separator 3 is made longer; and the centrifugal separation acts on the dust longer, so that the dust can be more completely and centrifugally separated.
