PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide economical and safe fishpass forming members and a water channel type fishpass capable of providing a shelter against foreign enemy such as birds and a rest place and living places and bait places by adding them to a dam and a drop which become obstacles for the movement of aquatic life such as fishes in a river. SOLUTION: In this water channel type fishpass, the plurality of fishpass forming members basically formed in such a shape that the semi-oval, long semi-elliptic, or semi-circular cross section thereof is formed in a conical shape and the surface thereof is tilted are installed on an existing water channel forming block.
