PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement roof tile capable of effectively preventing ultraviolet degradation of an organic coating layer by forming an inorganic coating layer excellent in weatherability with a thinner and more uniform thickness than a conventional one. SOLUTION: The cement roof tile (A) is composed so that the organic coating layer 3 having aggregate 4 fixed in a dispersed state is provided to the surface of a substrate 1 mainly composed of cement, and the non-organic coating layer 5 is provided to the surface of the organic coating layer 3.
