PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carport which enables an auxiliary post to be installed without forming a protruding part on a post. SOLUTION: A beam 2 is attached to a post 1 in a cantilever manner and a roof body 3 is supported by the beam 2. The roof body 3 is provided with a rear frame 31 on a side of the post 1. The auxiliary post 10 is removably installed between a top end of the beam 2 and the ground in the carport. An auxiliary post receiving implement 20 is fixed to the rear frame 31 of the roof body 3. The auxiliary post receiving implement 20 is provided with an auxiliary post fixing part 21 for retaining a hooking piece 13b formed on an upper end of the auxiliary post 10 when the auxiliary post 10 is not used. The auxiliary post receiving implement 20 is provided with a rear frame fixing part 25 to be fixed to a side surface on the top end side of the roof body 3 of the rear frame 31.
