PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting limit stopping device of a solar radiation shielding device without generating noise, without being exposed to an external part. SOLUTION: In this lifting limit stopping device of the solar radiation shielding device, a rotary shaft is born in a head box; a plurality of lifting cord winding drums are integrally rotatably installed on its rotary shaft; the upper end of a lifting cord is windably and unwindably fastened to its lifting cord winding drums; the lower end of the lifting cord is fastened to a bottom rail; and an operation pulley is fixed to one end part of the rotary shaft. The device is composed of a screw shaft integrally rotatably fitted around the rotary shaft, a moving top engageably fitted by a screw around its screw shaft, a guide moved in the shaft direction by restraining rotation of its moving top, and a stopper for restraining rotation of the rotary shaft by abutting on the moving top in a lifting limit position such as the bottom rail.
