PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn obtained inexpensively, having stiffness and also capable of obtaining fluffy feeling. SOLUTION: This fluffy yarn consists of a core part in which many fibers are twisted and restricted each other and an outer extended part in which the fibers are protruded to the outside of the core part and become a non-twisted state.
