A fan (4) fastens on a shaft's (1) shaft head (16) linked to a plastic/light alloy molded fan that uses an expansion pin (3) to clamp the fan in a drilled hole in the shaft head. The expansion pin is clamped by a clamping component (6) acting as an expansion mandrel. The fan has an additional peg (5) aligned on-axis to engage in the drilled hole and fasten the fan and the expansion pin together.
