<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a transfer roller unit is easily attached or detached with one hand, and to provide a transfer roller unit. <P>SOLUTION: To replace the transfer roller unit 70, the connecting part 73 of a holder 71 is pushed up so as to tilt in a projecting position ( in the direction of white arrow A), a handle 76 projecting from the underneath 73b of the connecting part 73 is grasped and pulled out and, thereby, the transfer roller unit 70 can be detached from a transfer position X. Then, grasping the handle 76 of a fresh transfer roller unit 70, a transfer roller 26 is attached to the bearing member 65 of a transfer roller accommodating part 63, the connecting part 73 of the holder 71 is tilted in the direction of white arrow B and, thereby, the holder is accommodated in a holder accommodating part 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
