<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal power generation device capable of effectively utilizing a space around a boiler, and reducing the construction cost of a duct. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal power generation device 10 comprises the boiler 11 and supports 12c, 12d for supporting the boiler 11. Air supply passages A for taking the air around the boiler 11 and sending out the same to the boiler 11 are formed inside of the supports 12c, 12d.
