<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble such as the coating of a transparent liquid only made of a solvent to a coating object surface at its initial coating from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: The valve device of a liquid coating utensil is equipped with a spirally contacting part, which is formed around the valve axis of a valve rod on the wall surface within a tubular main body, a part to be spirally contacted formed on the valve rod so as to let the valve rod spirally move within the tubular main body by moving a coating body to and fro and arrange an agitating member with agitating vanes on the valve rod. As a result, since the valve rod spirally moves so as to spirally rotate to and fro to the direction of the valve axis, the shearing action of the valve rod remarkably increases, resulting in developing no conventional poor action of the valve rod even when coating liquid creates hard caking phenomena. Further, since the coating liquid is swirlingly agitated together with the action of the agitating vanes and, at the same time, guided to a narrow coating liquid efflux part, strong load is applied to the coating liquid, resulting in enabling to redisperse the coating liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
