<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, even when a radio tag is positioned in a readable area of a contactless reader/writer, if a magnetic flux emitted by an antenna of the reader/writer does not pass an antenna of the radio tag, reading/writing is impossible at all. <P>SOLUTION: A reader/writer comprises a loop antenna for reading/writing from/to a radio tag, and a drive part for moving the loop antenna. If reading/writing is impossible even when the radio tag is brought near the loop antenna, the loop antenna can be driven for movement or turning so as to read/write from/to the radio tag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
