摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean contaminated soil by accurately predicting soil cleaning effect through accurately assessing the behavior of a halogenated dioxin-degradative microorganism in the soil and by controlling the optimum soil environment based on the assessment result. <P>SOLUTION: Contaminated soil is cleaned by the following procedure: By extracting the nucleic acid in microorganisms living in soil, the presence/absence of the halogenated dioxin-degradative microorganism is judged in a short period, the behavior of the halogenated dioxin-degradative microorganism in the contaminated soil is directly measured as a physical quantity such as the quantity of DNA, and based on the measurement, microorganism degradative potential of the contaminated soil is assessed.
