PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and reliability of a speed changeover clutch by transmitting power by connecting forward/reverse clutch after connecting a speed changeover clutch. SOLUTION: While a forward/reverse accumulator 27 for pressurizing and supplying pressure oil to forward/reverse clutches 9, 10 is provided to a hydraulic circuit 25a between an oil pump 1 and a forward/reverse changeover control valve 29, an accumulator 32 for speed for pressurizing and supplying pressure oil to one of speed changeover clutches 15, 16, 21 faster than the forward/reverse accumulator 29 does when changing over the speed by the speed changeover control valves 33, 34 is provided to a hydraulic circuit 25b between an oil pump 1 and a speed changeover control valves 33, 34 in parallel to the forward/reverse accumulator 27.
