<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem caused by micro vibrations of a plunger in pulse width modulation (PWM). <P>SOLUTION: A control valve in which movement of its valve element is controlled, comprises: an electromagnetic coil energized and controlled by the pulse width modulation; the plunger moved by an attraction force from the electromagnetic coil; an adjusting spring resisting the attraction force; and a diaphragm of the plunger converting into a force against the adjusting spring.
