POSITIONING DEVICE PUTTING MARK OF PREDETERMINED REFERENCE POINT OF WALL SURFACE OF STORAGE TANK USING PUNCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device which improves defects, positions the reference point on a wall surface, and measures the flatness of the wall surface, while significantly enhancing the accuracy. SOLUTION: The device can position a predetermined reference points (M, N) in a two-dimensional frame of the reference point so as to mount mounting means (107, 108) of a thermal insulation panel (106) inside a tank (1). The device is equipped with a punch-positioning tool (10), which enables maintaining of a movable state and a static state with respect to the tank wall. Moreover, it is equipped with a light-emitting device-a light-receiving device assembly, arranged to be able to check as a reference any one of the predetermined reference points at the position of the tool (10). In the device, the light-emitting device-the light-receiving device assembly is an electronic tachymeter (20). In the tool (10), a light-reflecting device (12) which cooperates with the electronic tachymeter (20) is mounted, the position-determining coordinates (xM, yM, zM) of each reference point (M) in a three-dimensional frame of the reference point can be determined.
