PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To possibly reduce the influence of a glitch due to the variation of a circuit, etc. SOLUTION: A DAC 11 for generating analog signals according to an inputted control signal, a decoder circuit 13 for decoding inputted control words B0-B7 to switch control signals for the DAC, a sample holder circuit 30 for sample-holding the analog signals outputted from the DAC 11, and a delay circuit 12 for delaying the control words B0-B7 inputted to the decoder circuit 13 by a specified time delay relative to the input timing of a strobe signal for setting the sample holder circuit 30 to a sample holding state, are provided in this digital-to-analogue converter.
