PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desktop holder capable of eliminating time and effort for adjusting the position of a camcorder every time, when a videophone function of a cellular phone is used. SOLUTION: The desktop holder 20 mounts a cellular phone 10 with a camcorder function in which a camcorder 11 is provided inside an opening provided in the cellular phone main body 10 so that its direction can move. The desktop holder 20 is provided with an adjusting lever 25 for adjusting the direction of the camcorder 11 from the back surface side of the camcorder 11 with the cellular phone 10 mounted thereon. An illuminating unit 21 is rotatably provided for giving an illumination effect in photographing by the camcorder of the mounted cellular phone 10 and a directional microphone 221. The desktop holder 20 has a structure in which the directions of the camcorder 11, the illuminating unit 21 and the directional microphone 221 are interlockingly adjustable by operating the adjusting lever 25.
