PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress blemish or breakdown of a first case and a second case in a folding type portable device. SOLUTION: The first case 2 and a hinge 3 are rotatably provided via a rotary shaft 5, and the hinge 3 and a second case 4 are rotatably configured via a rotary shaft 6 substantially crossing the rotary shaft 5 at right angles.
