PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuned mass damper, in which a plate spring is used as a restoration mechanism, while a vibration mass can act integrally with a object when the object is vibrated in horizontally in a parallel direction to a plate surface of the plate spring, and in which the frequency is not varied even in environments with temperature variation to stably damp vibration. SOLUTION: A plurality of plate springs 3 are provided in such a way that their plate surfaces are set vertical, so that they make flexure vibration in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the plate surfaces. The upper end side of the plate spring 3 is fixed to an installation base, and the damping mass 2 is fixed to the lower end side of the plate spring 3 to be suspended by the plate spring 3.
