PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical zone seal, having heat resistance and oxidation abrasion resistance even in a high temperature range around 700°C, and having excellent seal performance to have similar performance to that of an existing spherical to zone seal, in which, in manufacture of it, defects of material yield of heat resistant sheet material are eliminated to reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This spherical zone seal 58 is provided with a spherical zone base body 56, provided with a through hole 51 at a center, and defined by a cylindrical inner surface 52, a partially protruding spherical surface 53, and circular end faces 54 and 55 on the large diameter side and the small diameter side of the partially protruding spherical surface 53, and an outer layer 57 integrally formed with the partially protruding spherical surface 53 of the spherical zone base body 56.
