PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator which can generate rotary power by applying Pascal's principle while using the differential pressure caused by the atmospheric pressure and Torricellian vacuum and by combining the gravity and the moment of rotation with each other. SOLUTION: The power generator includes: a hollow cylinder 2; a shaft 6 extending through the interior of the hollow cylinder 2 in such a manner that both end portions are exposed; weight rollers 7a, 7b provided on both the end portions of the shaft 6; a pair of pistons 8a, 8b contained in the hollow cylinder 2; a liquid tank 3; communication pipes 4a, 4b respectively extending from the fuel tank 3 in parallel with the hollow cylinder 2; a rotary shaft; and a guide rail 10. The end portions of both the communication pipes 4a, 4b are respectively connected to the end portions of the hollow cylinder 2 via connection pipes 11a, 11b so that the liquid 9 stored in the liquid tank 3 is introduced into the hollow cylinder 2, thereby pressing the pair of pistons 8a, 8b.
