摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method and system for a wear amount of a fluid machine capable of determining or predicting a damaged amount (erosion amount) of a specific part (where it collides with solid particles) of a fluid machine without spending an immense amount of time and work. SOLUTION: The kind of solid particles existing in a solid liquid 2 phase flow (slurry) or a solid gas 2 phase flow, and the material of the worn part of the fluid machine (equipment in general provided in the solid liquid 2 phase flow or the solid gas 2 phase flow) wherein the solid particles collide, are specified. Using a relational expression (E1) defined for each combination of the kind of solid particles colliding into the fluid machine and the material of the worn part of the fluid machine, the wear amount (W) is obtained from a colliding particle diameter (D), colliding speed (V), a colliding angle (G), and colliding frequency (F).
