PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water pressure regulator easily post-fittable even in a hot and cold water combination faucet in which a distance between a cold water supply tube and a hot water supply tube is not constant such as a kitchen faucet and a wall mounted faucet. SOLUTION: This regulator 1 is fitted to the hot and cold water combination faucet for regulating a hot water pressure and a cold water pressure. The regulator comprises a pressure regulating part 2 installed on the high-pressure side of a cold water supply pipe 4 and a hot water supply pipe 8 and regulating the hot water pressure approximately equal to the cold water pressure and a flexible connection pipe 3 connecting the pressure regulating part 2 to the hot water supply pipe or the cold water supply pipe and transmitting the pressure on the low pressure side to the pressure regulating part.
