PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable pad which solves problems in terms of workability and safety, and contributes to efficient execution of track maintenance work without requiring skilled labor of workers. SOLUTION: The adjustable pad is formed by sealing two plastic sheets 2a together along their peripheral edges into the shape of an almost rectangular bag body. The bag body has an injection tube with a check valve protruded from one corner thereof, and an exhaust tube 23 arranged at a corner opposite to the former corner. The exhaust tube has filled therein a filter at least over the entire length thereof, the filter being formed by binding a fiber bundle like a rod.
