PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeling sash, which has a large opening size in the vertical direction of a new sash frame while a chip is not formed in the case of the execution of works. SOLUTION: In the remodeling sash, the new sash frame 20 is inserted into an existing sash frame 10, and a rail 14 for an existing lower frame 12 for the existing sash frame 10 is bent in approximately parallel with a top face 12a in the existing lower frame 12 while a new lower frame 22 is mounted on the existing lower frame 12. In such a remodeling sash, the rail 14 is not a hindrance and the remodeling sash has the large opening size in the vertical direction of the new sash frame 20, the chip is not formed because the rail 14 is bent without a cutting and the chip is not formed in the case of the execution of works.
