PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraud counting inspection device capable of detecting a fraudulent trick applied to a circuit itself of a counter such as a jet counter and to provide a game media counter with the fraud counting inspection function. SOLUTION: The jet counter 1 related to an embodiment of this invention is provided with a counting sensor 10 generating a pulse by passing of a Pachinko ball, a false pulse generating member 20 generating a false pulse, an input switcher 30 selecting either one of the pulse from the counting sensor or the false pulse from the false pulse generating member as a signal to be input in a control CPU, the control CPU 40 counting the received pulse, and a printer 50 and an LED display part 51 indicating the count value by the control CPU.
