PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the utilization efficiency of incident luminous flux to an imaging device. SOLUTION: The imaging device 3 includes a plurality of photodetectors having a photoelectric converter 31 for photoelectric converting an incident light and arranged. The imaging device 3 has an infinitesimal period structure unit 40 which diffuses a light beam incident to the imaging device, and a reflector 64 formed in the photodetector to reflect the light passed through the infinitesimal period structure unit and diffused to lead to the photoelectric converter.
