<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily and precisely detecting a damage of a tire such as flaw or deformation. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises at least an infrared camera 1 taking an image including the tire 100 of an inspection object and converting it to a relative luminance value based on the product of radiation temperature and emissivity, and a damage detection device 3 extracting an image of the tire 100 part from an image obtained based on the luminance value converted by the infrared camera 1 and determining at least a tire damage based on the extracted image.
