<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated battery type semiconductor element, small in size, and minimized in the length of a wiring between a semiconductor element and a battery. <P>SOLUTION: An IC chip 20, mounted on the battery 10, is provided. The battery 10 includes a negative pole 12, a positive pole 11 including a positive pole first part 11a arranged at a place opposed to the negative pole 12 while pinching an electrolytic cell, and a positive pole third part 11c arranged on the negative pole 12 while pinching an insulating layer 14a. The IC chip 20 includes a power supply vamp 21a, contacted with the negative pole 12, and another power supply vamp 21b, contacted with the positive pole third part 11c, while the IC chip 20 is fixed to the upper part of the negative pole 12 and the positive pole third part 11c through the power supply vamps 21a, 21b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
