<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-proof connecting structure of a rotary shaft which can surely seal a housing and prevent the seal from breakage. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure that an output shaft 3 and a transmission shaft 4 are connected and secured to each other so that they can slide freely in the axial direction and that they may not rotate relative to each other, at an inner-side portion of a shaft hole 2 of the housing 1, a sealing member 9 is interposed between an inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole 2 and an outer peripheral surface of the transmission shaft 4.
