PROTEIN HAVING ACTIVE SULFATE TRANSPORTATION ACTION AND METHOD FOR DETECTING TISSUE CANCERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new protein having sulfate transportation action, to clarify the mechanism of a substance transport in vivo by finding a nucleic acid encoding the protein, to establish a synthetic method for a sulfate transportation factor by genetic engineering and to develop a method for detecting tissue canceration capable of providing a result having high reliability in early stages from collected tissue.

SOLUTION: The new protein has active sulfate transportation action. The nucleic acid encodes the protein. The method for detecting tissue canceration comprises relating the transcription product amount of the nucleic acid encoding the protein in tissue to be tested to the canceration of the tissue to be tested.
