<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion which forms an aqueous undercoating material, performing a good adhesiveness between a substrate and a coating film, and having a good blocking resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane-vinyl polymer composite aqueous dispersion is prepared by dispersing (A) a polyurethane and (B) a vinyl polymer in an aqueous medium. Wherein a diol component constituting the component (A), has a prescribed structural formula and comprises 500-5,000 number average molecular weight of a polycarbonate diol, involving the same of having a hexamethylene unit as a linking group R by at least 40 mol% of the total diol component; a glass transition temperature (Tg) of the component (B) is ≥20°C and ≤80°C; and the content of the component (B) is ≥20 pts.wt. and ≤400 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (A). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
