PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric sensor enhancing optical characteristics without decreasing chemical resistance, waterproofness, and oil resistance, and to provide a light projecting device, and a regression reflection type mirror for the photoelectric sensor. SOLUTION: The photoelectric sensor is equipped with a sensor main part 11 comprising a light emitting element and a light receiving element, a housing made of fluororesin and housing the sensor main part 11, and a light transmission window installed on the front surface and transmitting detected light, and the light transmission window comprises a glass plate 15 blocking a first opening surface installed in the housing, an annular sealing ring 14 arranged in the peripheral part of the first opening surface and interposed between the glass plate 15 and the housing and made of fluororesin, a guide 17 installed in the housing, sliding the glass plate 15 along the first opening surface, and inserted, and a spacer 16 sliding the glass plate 15 along the first opening surface, inserted into the guide 17, and pressing the glass plate 15 against the first opening surface.
