PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board module with shield provided with a conductive frame and a conductive cover and shielding substantially whole circuit board. SOLUTION: A hole 106 is provided in the frame 100, a connector on the circuit board 102 is exposed through this hole 106, and the conductive frame 100 is not shielded. The assembled conductive frame 100, cover 108, and circuit board 102 form the circuit board connector module with shield. The circuit board connector module with shield can bite other circuit board so as to become a parallel condition. Preferably, a receptacle frame 115 is mounted on the other circuit board 6, and the circuit board connector module with shield can be easily inserted to connect circuit boards.
