<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quiet and comfortable humidity controller wherein one of the dehumidified first air and the humidified second air is supplied indoors and the other is discharged outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: This humidity controller comprises a main body unit 90 comprising a main body casing 11 where heat exchangers 61, 62 holding adsorbent are mounted on an air passage inside thereof, and a switching mechanism for switching an air flowing passage in the main body casing 11 in accordance with the refrigerant circulating direction in a refrigerant circuit 60 so that the first air is passed through one of the heat exchangers 61, 62 used as an evaporator, and the second air is passed through the other heat exchanger used as a condenser.
