PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive service which is inexpensively and easily used by a user and easily recognized even by general consumers. SOLUTION: A page generation server 1 comprises: a means for receiving user information from a broadcast receiver 4 which receives a digital broadcast and displays it on a TV 7; a means for extracting prescribed information from the received user information; a means for acquiring or generating a URL for a display which indicates a place where a map 7-2 based on the extracted information is stored in a form suitable for displaying on the TV 7 which is connected to the broadcast receiver 4; a means for acquiring or generating a URL for a mobile which indicates a place where the map 7-2 based on the extracted information is stored in a form suitable for displaying by a mobile 6; and a means for describing, on the page, the URL of a code conversion server 5 for converting information into codes, the URL for the display, the URL for the mobile, and information related to the URL of the mobile.
