PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a soft magnetic material member, having high magnetic characteristics and capable of being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The method includes a process of molding a cast iron-based material by casting, and a process of a decarbonisation processing for a molded form in the previous process. The soft magnetic material member and a soft magnetic material member, manufactured by the manufacturing method of a soft magnetic material member, can exhibit high magnetic characteristics because the contents of carbon is low.The member can be molded easily into a purposed shape by casting.
