PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which can maintain a state of being fitted with a cover. SOLUTION: A main body case 11 is formed with a fitting hole 14 into which a fitting leg 41 of the cover 30 can be inserted. By inserting the fitting leg 41 into the hole 14, an engagement hole 47 of the fitting hole 41 is fitted to a convex part 16 of the main body case 11 in a locked state, and the cover 30 is arranged at an open position where a lid 31 can operate an operating part when it is in a free state with the fitting leg 41 inserted into the fitting hole 14, and the lid 31 is locked to openings 13, 13 with the fitting leg 41 in an elastically deformed state by closing the lid 31 from that state.
