PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing organic EL devices capable of retarding the increase in driving voltages after storage for predetermined hours at higher temperatures compared with conventional ones. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing organic EL devices comprises a first step for heating an inorganic laminated element including a substrate and a hale charging electrode formed on one side thereof, and processing the application of bias voltage on the inorganic laminated element, and a second step for forming another laminated element including an organic emissive layer and an electron injection electrode at the opposite side to the substrate of the hale charging electrode subsequent to the first step.
