PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reference current generation circuit in which a temperature characteristic of a reference current to be outputted can be arbitrarily varied. SOLUTION: A voltage generated by a variable voltage source V1 can be regulated. An output voltage of the variable voltage source V1 is applied to operational amplifiers OP1, OP2. A current I1 flows to a transistor M1 and a resistor R1, and a current I2 flows to a transistor M2 and a resistor R2. A reference current outputted from an output terminal OUT1 is corresponding to a difference current of the currents I1, I2 but a temperature characteristic of the difference current can be varied by regulating the voltage V1 generated by the variable voltage source V1.
