FIBROUS REFRACTORY BLOCK FOR CONTINUOUS ANNEALING FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a heater hanger brick to a fibrous refractory block used on a furnace wall of a continuous annealing furnace while reducing the droop of the heater hanger brick. SOLUTION: In this fibrous refractory block of the continuous annealing furnace wherein an element hanger brick 4 for hooking and suspending an electric heater element, is fixed to the fibrous refractory block 1 used on the furnace wall of the continuous annealing furnace formed by folding a blanket 1a of the fibrous refractory material, the element hanger brick 4 is fixed to the fibrous refractory block by a supporting bar 5 inside of the furnace and a supporting bar 6 outside of the furnace respectively mounted at an interval in a state of penetrating through the fibrous refractory block 1 at positions for preventing the droop of the element hanger brick 4 at a furnace inner side and a furnace outer side of the element hanger brick 4 in the fibrous refractory block.
