PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter having excellent workability and high reliability. SOLUTION: This torque limiter is composed of a cylindrical magnetic member, a cylindrical permanent magnet arranged in the cylindrical magnetic member with a minute clearance, and an inner ring member fixed in the cylindrical permanent magnet. The cylindrical permanent magnet has a projecting part or a channel part in which its inner face is extended in the direction of width. The inner ring member has a channel part or a projecting part in which its outer face is extended in the direction of width.
