PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition that shows reduced oil bleed, has high mechanical strength, transparency and flexibility, further good molding properties in the press molding, injection molding, dipping molding and the like. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition has excellent transparency and flexibility and comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of fully or partially hydrogenated block copolymer, (b) 75 to 400 pts.wt. of non-aromatic rubber softening agent, (c) 3 to 60 pts.wt. of petroleum resin, when necessary, (d) 1 to 200 pts.wt. of turpentine oil.
