PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin beautifying effective agent exhibiting skin beautifying effects such as amelioration of dark skin and prevention of wrinkles without premising production of effects on only the percutaneous absorption. SOLUTION: This skin beautifying effective agent is composed of a fragrant ingredient. The skin beautifying effective agent comprises the fragrant ingredient derived from a crude drug extract. The skin beautifying effective agent comprises the crude drug of the crude drug extract derived from a crude drug having remitting actions on symptoms with the tension of autonomic nervous system.
