PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device capable of enhancing the smoke shutoff performance by blocking the gap generated between the bottom of each door panel and guide grooves in the threshold without using a packing likely to bring about troublesomeness in mounting. SOLUTION: The door device is equipped with two door panels 4a and 4b to open and close a doorway at an elevator hall, the threshold 5 having the guide grooves 5a and 5b for guiding the panels, and guide shoes 11 and 11a mounted in the lower parts of the door panels 4a and 4b so as to be fitted slidably in the grooves, wherein the guide shoe 11a attached to the door stop side of the door panel 5b positioned in front of the rear door panel 4a is arranged so that the end face of the door stop side is approximately flush with the end face of the edge on the door stop side of the door panel 4b, and the gap between the lower part on the door stop side of the door panel 4b and the guide groove 5b in the threshold 5 is blocked with the guide shoe 11a so as to enhance the smoke shutoff performance.
