PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device capable of easily locking a two wheeler and to be mounted regardless of structure of a car body and size of a wheel. SOLUTION: This locking device can lock a brake lever of the two wheeler. It is possible to fix and to easily lock the brake lever when the brake lever is gripped and a key is turned in a state of putting on a brake. It is possible to mount this locking device with a brake control system in a method to brake by pulling a cable regardless of the structure of the car body and the size of the wheel.
