PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular erroneous operation prevention device for enabling appropriate driving operation by referring biological information of a driver detected without contact so as to accurately determine the depression error of an accelerator pedal. SOLUTION: The device comprises a means for detecting a status of the accelerator pedal 6, a means for detecting the biological information of the driver without contact, a means for determining an erroneous operation of the accelerator pedal 6 based on detection results of the accelerator status detecting means and the biological information detecting means, and an alarm means for calling attention to the driver 2 based on a determination result of the accelerator erroneous operation determining means.
