PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply solve problems of crosstalk of signal data caused at a boundary of a track circuit, in a train controlling device adopting a digital signal transmission system. SOLUTION: This device comprises a train position detecting means detecting entry of a train in a track circuit; a pseudo signal generation means generating predetermined pseudo signals different from predetermined digital signals, and distinguished from predetermined digital signals used in the other track circuit, in which the train travels; a pseudo signal transmission means transmitting the predetermined pseudo signals generated by the pseudo signal generation means to the track circuit when the train position detecting means does not detect entry of the train; and a transmission switch means transmitting the predetermined digital signals to the track circuit instead of the predetermined pseudo signals.
