PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby carriage and a baby carriage component for reducing an effect of heat radiation from a road surface. SOLUTION: A goods-storage basket 20 which is mounted under a seat of the baby carriage comprises a front wall 21, a bottom wall 22, a rear wall 23, and right and left side walls.
