PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation washing device capable of reducing the using amount of washing liquid for washing an agitation device and a circulation distribution system capable of reducing labor for washing in the circulation distribution system in which the circulation washing device, the agitation device and a distribution device are connected by piping for circulation. SOLUTION: The washing liquid is jetted from a washing liquid tank 13 through a washing liquid nozzle 17 to the inside of the tub of the agitation device 1 and an agitation blade 4 by a first pump 14, the washing liquid at the bottom of the agitation tub 6 is returned through the piping 15 for circulation washing to the washing liquid tank 13 by a second pump 16, and the circulation washing is performed. By the changeover of a direction switching valve 20 and the drive of the second pump 16, the washing liquid is circulated to the distribution device 4, piping 3 for distribution circulation and the agitation device 1 and washing is performed.
